OLCHC Careers Launch New Website


Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin are delighted to announce the launch of our new Talent Management Recruitment System and redesigned careers website click here.

Speaking at the launch, A/Director of HR Joan Troy said: ‘I want to acknowledge the hard work and enthusiasm of the OLCHC Recruitment staff who drove the process. The new Talent Management Recruitment System will allow all interested candidates to define their job interests and receive an email alert when an appropriate position becomes vacant. 

The key advantage is that, the system allows candidates to submit their application on line. This will in turn speed up the recruitment process which will improve our services and benefit the children in our care. We wanted to make the new website mobile responsive, faster, easy to navigate and more image based. The site is now interactive and reflects the premise that we FIND GREAT PEOPLE FAST.

We will continue to develop the site in the coming months and will be adding blogs and more videos describing different careers at OLCHC. Recruitment and retention continues to remain a key priority of the hospital. 

Recruitment is ongoing for Nursing, Medical and Health and Social Care Professional Grades, and for Administration posts. International nursing recruitment is ongoing with Skype interviews being facilitated on a regular basis. International specialist nurses continue to be deployed for adaptation and induction to OLCHC. Also a key focus is the recruitment of Staff for the New Childrens Hospital, and the Urgent Care Centres.
