Our Department provides expert advice and support to Management and staff in all aspects of Human Resources Management and plays a key role in strategic and manpower planning for the hospital.

We aim to provide the best practice approach to support management and staff. We have recently developed a Partnership Forum, comprising of Staff Representatives, Departmental Managers and Human Resources and we are currently working towards Accreditation.
